Brake pads and brake discs
Starline brake pads are made from top quality materials and their approval for use is preceded by a range of tests and laboratory trials – braking on the vehicle, examinations of friction and mechanical properties, and speed and pressure stability - during regular operation and under more demanding conditions. The pad surface is fi nished using scorching technology (the organic particles on the lining are scorched at a temperature of 900 ˚C in order to eliminate the risk of polishing the surface during bed-in and also to eliminate so-called gas planing). The brake disks are fully comparable to brand products from the point of view of their quality. They comply with all European standards. Permanent dimensional stability is maintained even during extreme loading. The surface fi nish on the discs ensures a maximum braking effect immediately aft er assembly.

Range
The range contains more than 500 types of the safest brake pads for both passenger and light utility vehicles (all with ECE R90 homologation) and more than 700 types of regular and air-cooled brake discs. The range also includes lacquered and drilled (tuning) brake discs.

Brake shoes, calipers drums and hoses
The brake system range includes brake shoes in cooperation with one of the largest manufacturers of brake shoes in Europe, whose long-term experience has come to represent a guarantee of high quality. All of the brake shoes are homologated. The range also includes pre-mounted sets of brake shoes - EASY KITS. These sets signifi cantly reduce the assembly time. The brake drums are made from high quality steel which supports their dimensional stability and long service life. The range includes most of the drums for the safest European vehicles. The range of Starline brake cables and hoses guarantees the coverage of almost all the models in the Czech Republic. The Bowden cables are sealed with dust caps to prevent the penetration of contamination. Our range also contains reconditioned brake calipers. They are supplied by a well-known European manufacturer at a quality equal to primary production.
